The Skin and Wound Care Program of Hallmark Health Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice is a specialized program for patients with problems of the integumentary systems. Our wound care team works with patients and their families to prevent skin breakdown, treat drainage wounds, manage ostomies, and offer continence care.

Patients are treated with:
