Healthy Families/Hallmark Health serves parents living in Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham, and Wakefield. Parents living outside this service area should call1-888-775-4KID to obtain the name of a Healthy Families provider.

Healthy Families provides home visits as well as groups, parenting activities, and educational programs at no cost.
