10/7at Mystic Place (residents only) from 1:00 – 2:00 pm

10/7 at West Medford Community Center from 12:00 – 1:00 pm

11/2 at 99 Riverside Ave. (residents only) from 2:30 – 3:30 pm

11/2 at 22 Allston Street from1:00 – 2:00 pm

11/3 at Meadow Glenn Mall from 8:00 – 9:00 am

11/4 at Mystic Place (residents only)from 10:30 – 11:30 am

11/18 at Water Street  from 10:00 – 11:00 am

12/1 at  Meadow Glenn Mall from8:00 – 9:00 am

12/2 at Mystic Place from 10:30 – 11:30 am

The Clinics are directed by Joan Farren, RN and are sponsored by the Lawrence Memorial Hospital and the Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice.  The Clinics are free of charge.
