Caring in the Community
At Hallmark Health Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, our mission goes beyond caring for patients in their homes. We are also committed to maintaining a healthy community through extensive community outreach programs, wellness clinics, flu immunization programs, and health fairs.
Our agency has forged longtime partnerships with physicians, Councils on Aging, Departments of Public Health, elder care facilities, nursing homes, and health agencies to bring added preventive health to area residents.
